Our client is looking for a talented and experienced HRBP Manager to join their growing team. As an HRBP Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping the company's culture, driving employee engagement, and ensuring the success of our people strategy. Key responsibilities include:
- Partner with senior leadership to understand business objectives and translate them into actionable HR strategies.
- Design, implement, and manage HR programs and initiatives that align with the company's growth trajectory and culture.
- Provide expert guidance to managers and employees on a wide range of HR matters, including performance management, employee relations, compensation, benefits, and career development.
- Lead talent acquisition efforts by collaborating with hiring managers to identify talent needs, conducting interviews, and ensuring a seamless on boarding process.
- Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives to create a positive and motivating work environment.
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, conducting thorough investigations and providing appropriate solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver relevant learning and development programs.
- Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement; provide data-driven insights to leadership.
- Stay current with HR trends and best practices, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.
- 4 to 8 years of experience in an HRBP role
- Proven track record of successfully supporting high-growth start-ups, Product companies or fast-paced environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build relationships at all levels of the organisations.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
