ROLE OVERVIEW & RESPONSIBILITIES :
Performance Review Process
Setup and maintain performance review manager trees
Provide divisional compliance reporting
Year End Compensation Process
Setup and maintain compensation manager trees and Compensation
Review System
Provide diagnostic reporting
Recruiting & Internal Mobility
Provide compensation data and performance review information to support the global recruiting and internal mobility processes
Headcount & Attrition Reporting
Support the global, regional and divisional standard weekly and month-end headcount and attrition report production
Produce weekly rosters to help support key talent management processes
Business Analysis
Support the GSU and GLD teams with relevant business analysis around key talent/people processes, diversity initiatives
Work through raw data to identify patterns to support or challenge the hypothesis
Project / Ad Hoc Support
Manage centralized mailbox and respond to clients requests and queries
Maintain access to team and divisional SharePoint sites
Assist with ad hoc projects and reporting as required
Streamline and improve reporting using Excel and Access skills
Proactively identify ways to improve processes, create greater efficiency and share best practices among team members
Liaise with global GS&O team to expedite problem resolution for more complex issues
PREFFERED COMPETENCIES :
Minimum of 4-9 years of work experience in an analytical or reporting role
Ability to work in a dynamic fast paced environment and experience working with other regions preferred
Highly motivated self-starter who can work as part of a team
Strong Excel and Access skills required; knowledge of Business Objects, tableau a plus
Strong analytical and communications skills and highly organized and methodical
Strong attention to detail and focus on process improvement
Focus on data analysis and reconciliation
Work flexible hours when needed
