About our Client - Our client is a renowned multinational organization in the FMCG sector. With an employee friendly culture, they are currently looking for an HR Business Partner for their sales team.
Job Description - Reporting to the Head HR you will be responsible for Lead Talent Acquisition initiatives in collaboration with the corporate team
- Lead the performance management piece end-to-end and advise business on talent road maps accordingly
- Participate in compensation benchmarking surveys and drive the rewards program
- Build and run innovative programs for organizational/employee engagement
- Collaborate with senior management on building a performance management strategy and philosophy for the entire organization; implement performance & workforce management practices and drive implementation across various businesses and functional teams
The Successful Candidate - Ideally, you come with 10 to 12 years of post-graduation experience in an HR Business Partner role. You should be a robust and versatile HR professional with good interpersonal skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills along with the ability to influence senior stakeholders is desirable. A full time MBA from a top tier MBA institute is a must.
