Responsibilities :
1. HR Business partnering Role for Sales Team Pan India, Playing a vital role in managing sales team in the terms of recruitment, induction, PMS and other activity related to HR domain.
2. Acting as a consultant for company management on all issues related to human resources. Acting as a proactive communicator and change agent. Creating successfully balance between employee needs and business objectives to create integrated solutions
3. Preparation of Org Charts and maintain them Monthly on the basis of addition, subtractions promotion and transfer. Quarterly updating of Org Chart for sales and corporate.
4. Drafting and updating of job description for sales team .Quarterly updating of JD.
5. Development and implementation of Human Resource Policies for sales team.
6. Acting as a single point of contact for sales team for handling HR related queries.
7. Taking care for recruitment process for sales team pan India, active participation in selection process. Timely closing of position.
8. Counsel the candidate on corporate benefits, salary, and corporate environment Manage respective candidate pools to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged in current or future opportunities
9. Establish regular communication with the new employees in their induction month, support them to get familiar with work culture. Provide supporting tools and resources, such as (work place allocation, Mail id, Emp ID, Joining Kit, welcome Note, To and fro expenses) to encourage a smooth transition.
10. To run PMS process for Sales function. To update employees about HR policies. To run rewards and recognition on need basis.
11. Taking care of plant visit of Urse, Ratanagiri and Masar visit for new employees. Responsible of taking care of all admin arrangements of Induction Process. Feedback Analysis of Induction batch and report to Top management.
12. Effective vendor management for FIL. Timely and correct billing process for all vendor of FIL
13. Active participation in canteen management, taking care of canteen on hygiene factors.
14. Participate in Company activiites like Dushera, Get-togethers, etc.
