Job Description:



We are looking for a seasoned HR professional with 10+ years of experience in the software product/services industry to lead and execute end-to-end HR responsibilities-including policy development, employee engagement, performance management, global payroll, compliance, and audits. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with leadership in driving strategic people initiatives across geographies (India, US, Philippines, Australia) while ensuring operational excellence in all HR processes.

With a strong global presence, the platform is trusted by leading organizations to drive productivity, optimize workflows, and enable data-driven decision-making across functions.

Description:

- Develop, improve and implement HR policies and procedures.

- Drive employee engagement initiatives and enhance employee communications.



- Manage employee onboarding formalities.



- Conduct Employee Orientation and HR-related trainings.



- Plan and execute Organisational events.



- Plan and execute Rewards & Recognition programs.



- Lead the process of performance appraisals / Performance improvement plans.



- Proficient in using GreytHR and other HR tools like Zoho People / Payroll & Connect.



- Oversee Employee Compensation and Benefits management.



- Take care of HR & Payroll compliances in India and other geographies also (US, Philippines & Australia)



- Provide critical insights into HR related issues & MIS.



- Conduct and publish HR benchmarking to Management.



- Plan and execute any HR restructuring exercise as per business requirement.



- Manage employee separation formalities.



- Maintain and update the employee JDs, skill matrix and roles & responsibilities.



- POSH administration.



- Handle various audits (ISO, Soc-2, IFC, Internal and external audits) for activities pertaining to HR.


Profile:

- 8 to 10 Years of Experience in HR function in a Software product / services industry.

- MBA in Human resources from a university of repute



- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
