We are hiring for a growing organization into Retail business.

Client is a MNC New Age organization.

Work Location - Vikhroli West, Mumbai, Maharashtra

Position - Manager HRBP - Retail / Store Workforce

Role - National Level Role / PAN India Profile. It's end to end HR Generalist Profile.

Reporting - HR Head

Team Handling - YES

Candidate Background -

- Relevant experience into Retail led organization is mandatory. An ideal candidate should have minimum of 6yrs+ and upto 12yrs work experience.

- Candidate who is a Tenured HR Regional Manager for minimum 2.5yrs to 3yrs and should have potential to take the PAN India role.

- Candidate must demonstrate Business Partner skills with the senior & top management of the organization.

- Candidate should have the problem solving approach and come up with various HR Solutions to business, as the organization is expanding at PAN India.

Job Profile :

Retail / Store Workforce Planning: Collaborate with Retail leadership to develop workforce plans and strategies that align with the organization's Retail goals and objectives. Forecast Retail staffing needs, analyze skill gaps, and create recruitment and retention plans to build a high-performing Retail team.

Retail Force Effectiveness: Collaborate with Retail leaders to assess Retail team effectiveness, Retail force structure, and Retail territory alignment. Make recommendations to optimize Retail operations and improve Retail force productivity.

Recruitment and Selection: Oversee the recruitment process for Retail positions. Develop job descriptions, source and screen candidates, conduct interviews, and make hiring recommendations. Collaborate with HR and Retail managers to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.

Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management processes for the Retail department. Establish Retail performance metrics, goals, and targets. Provide guidance to Retail managers on performance evaluations, feedback, and coaching to drive Retail productivity and achieve Retail targets.

Compensation and Benefits: Partner with HR and Retail leadership to develop and administer competitive compensation plans, incentives, and Retail commission structures. Ensure that compensation programs align with Retail goals and budgetary considerations. Provide guidance on benefits administration and resolve compensation-related issues.

Employee Relations: Address employee relations matters within the Retail department, including conflict resolution, performance improvement plans, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling. Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations, promoting a positive work environment and high employee engagement.

Compliance and Policy Adherence: Ensure adherence to employment laws, regulations, and company policies within the Retail department. Stay updated on HR practices, employment legislation, and industry trends, providing guidance to Retail managers and employees.

Succession Planning: Identify high-potential Retail employees and develop succession plans to ensure the availability of qualified talent for future Retail leadership positions. Implement talent development programs to groom and retain top-performing Retail professionals.

HR Reporting and Analytics: Compile and analyze HR data related to Retail, including turnover rates, Retail performance, recruitment metrics, and employee satisfaction. Generate reports and provide insights to Retail leadership for strategic decision-making.
