Job Description:
The role holder will be responsible for:
- Business Partnering some of the teams / functions in the organization
- Co-creating / executing the employee engagement agenda for Pantaloons
Business Partnering:
- Responsible for execution of all employee life cycle processes for specific teams / functions (e.g. creation of JDs, fill rate at the end of each month, onboarding experience, PMS, ACR, IDP Creation, HRIS data quality, F&F etc.)
- Responsible for budget / overheads management for the specific teams / functions
- Responsible for employee engagement / Attrition targets
- Partner with business on building solutions (e.g. changes in structure and roles, organization design, incentive schemes etc.) inorder to drive higher business performance
- Drive employee engagement initiatives in respective teams / functions
- Timely resolution of grievance / values / POSH complaints
Employee Engagement:
- End to End planning and execution of national employee engagement & wellness initiatives calendar for HO, ZO and Stores.
- Monitor feedback on the engagement initiatives, publish the results to business leadership and improvise for higher effectiveness.
- Ownership of all employee R&R platforms - HO/ZO/Stores
- Manage channels of employee feedback and communication and drive interventions for team effectiveness.
- Drive higher participation levels and awareness of internal climate surveys such as Vibes / Team Vibes / Pulse (Retail Vibes). Partner with line managers to develop effective action plans and support execution.
- Play a key role in building awareness and communication around ABG values and POSH across the organization. High connect with the Zones on this topic and update the Board / Leadership on the cases and closure progress.
- Drive annual kickoff program by managing end to end process
Role Holder Profile:
- HR Professional with 3+ years of experience
- MBA from TISS / Symbiosis / IMT / MDI will be preferred
- Strong Academic background
- Has 2+ years of Business Partnering or Employee Engagement experience
- High Result and Success Orientation
- Ability to articulate concepts and theories in HR and Organizational Behavior Willing and able to travel 5-7 days every month
