Manager HRBP
- Accountable for HR agenda for the organization for business in achieving the strategic objectives as set out in the business goal sheet.
- Business Partnering with high potential workforce, interfacing the smooth execution of all the HR agenda such as scaling up the process, people agenda, Performance management, C&B, employee engagement and maintaining over all industrial peace and harmony & productivity, enhance employee participation, maintain effective employee relations.
- Support key HR processes in collaboration with business leaders for achieving the business objectives Design and review the workforce plan for the talent pipeline requirements in line with the function or business strategy.
Driving key HR Processes:
- To evaluate HR Process, workflow & build efficiencies. To lead people's policies, practices and processes. To evaluate HR Process, workflow & build efficiencies.
- Coach, counsel, and enable managers at various stages of the Process and monitor progress.
- Proactive HR sensing and addressing employees based on Organization Principles.
- Championing HR systems for Talent Management, related to Performance Management, Rewards & Recognition.
- Building feedback mechanisms into employee engagement activities and internal communications to enable employees to have an opportunity for dialogue.
- Manage Performance Reviews, Annual Performance Normalization, closure of merit-based increments, salary benchmarking and rationalization, Annual Promotions & Rating Communication.
- Design and implement effective employee attraction and retention strategies.
- Perform HR Diagnostics and roll out Engagement programs, driving employee satisfaction and engagement initiatives.
Critical Skills:
- Excellent organizational skills and an ability to multi-task across concurrent projects with strong attention to detail.
- Strong analytical skills/ comfort in data analysis, including MS Excel modelling & data manipulation skills and ability to manage reports & dashboards Passion for creating seamless and engaging user experiences.
- Curious about metrics, execution processes, and people's trends.
- Excellent communicator having the ability to influence and persuade others.
- Commitment to demonstrably improving team metrics. Positive, flexible, and proactive, hands-on with a can-do approach.
Skills Required:
- MBA degree in human resources management or related discipline from top-tier institutes.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in HR, exposure to HRBP, and areas of Policies, PMS, Comp, Talent management etc.
- Ability to develop relationships, and use consultative, influencing, and collaborative approach across levels.
- Ability to work in a high volume, fast-paced environment with dynamic priorities.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and solution-orientation with limited directions.
- Articulate, and able to express thoughts clearly - in oral as well as written communication.
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Sound judgment and problem-solving skills.
