Be the Go-To HR person for any queries related to HR Operations
- Run the performance management process seamlessly at a global level. This will include playing an active role in automating/ regularly monitoring/ reporting effectiveness of existing processes/ initiatives
- Enhance the employee experience from onboarding to off-boarding by being on top of employee pulse and effectively executing/ assessing effectiveness of employee connect activities
- Raise the talent bar by creating skill-set inventories and driving T&D interventions (especially on soft skills) across geographies
- Actively contribute in creating a positive work culture by driving Fun@Work, Rewards & Recognition Programs and effective grievance handling
- Be a custodian of HR policies and ensure compliance with HR/ IR laws across different geographies
- Be a Compliance Champion and present HR reports regularly
- Performs other duties as assigned
