- Partner with the key stakeholders to develop, implement and drive results increasing the overall performance of the workforce.
- Facilitate end to end employee life cycle management for smoother assimilation and guiding unit HR for sourcing and hiring strategies, performance management, compensation etc.
- Review the policies, processes, rewards, and recognition schemes to benchmark and implement the best practices.
- Partner with other functional heads on workforce planning, organizational design, succession planning, and skills assessment.
- Work with the CHRO on the manpower planning with a short, mid, and long- term view as part of the AOP process.
- Drive HR Strategies and interventions in line with long term business plans & spearheading projects.
- Implementation of HR initiatives including Talent Acquisition, Performance management, Rewards and Recognition, Employee Engagement, Learning & development for the identified Corporate Functions.
