Experience :
Role expectation :
- Works with Business HR & PEC team on continuous process enhancement and compliance
a. Identifies and implements process improvements with respect to experience, effectiveness, and experience
b. Identifies the scope for technology enhancements, works with HR IT on configuration, testing and launch of new / improved system solutions
- Lead the future process transition from Business Units to People Experience center
a. Design and launch the transition journey
b. Manage the change by process cascade and communication
c. Reach the desired process and system adoption for identified Business Units
- Must be able to handle a high level of complexity in workload and should be flexible enough to shift workload in accordance with changing priorities
- Data Analytics
a. Analyzes data for trends and pattern for various HR metrics like recruitment, exit interview, employee survey etc.
b. Prepares reports of data results in power point presentation and explaining findings to leadership as per the SLA
c. Ensures compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices.
Structure :
- Incumbent will report to Lead - Employee Lifecycle processes, HR Operations & People Analytics as part of People Experience Center.
- Incumbent will have a one-member reporting to this role.
