Job Description: HRBP (PMS) Manager

Location: Healthcare Org, Corporate Office, Bengaluru

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HRBP (Performance Management System - PMS) Manager preferably from the same industry to join our dynamic HR team at our corporate office in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the performance management system across the organization, ensuring alignment with business goals and enhancing employee performance and development.

Key Responsibilities:

Performance Management System Design and Implementation:

- Develop, implement, and continuously improve the performance management system to align with organizational objectives.

- Ensure the PMS framework supports the identification and development of high-performing individuals and teams.

Performance Review and Feedback Process:

- Oversee the annual and mid-year performance review process, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback mechanisms.

- Train and support managers and employees on effective performance review and feedback practices.

Employee Development and Training:

- Collaborate with the Learning and Development team to identify training needs based on performance reviews and career development plans.

- Design and implement development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

- Analyze performance management data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

- Prepare regular reports for senior management on the effectiveness of the performance management system.

Stakeholder Management:

- Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders and HR partners on performance management and employee development issues.

- Facilitate discussions between managers and employees to resolve performance-related issues.

Continuous Improvement:

- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in performance management and employee development.

- Recommend and implement improvements to the performance management system to ensure it remains relevant and effective.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred.

- Minimum of 8 years of experience in HR, with a dedicated focus on performance management systems.

- Proven experience in designing and managing performance management systems.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- People manager.

- Ability to influence and build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

- Proficiency in HRIS and performance management software.
