HR Operations:
- Provide HR Operations support to Mates (employees) across the organization, expanding current Human Resources service offerings to include processes, systems and transformation for existing processes.
- Taking responsibility for development, implementation and administration of high- value quality human resources practices and procedures.
- Liaise closely with the regional human resources team and other stakeholders to drive the human resources focus for the organization
- Manage and implement technology solutions for the function. Prepare the SOPs for all the Technology Platforms that will be implemented / modified
- Liaison with IT to facilitate the integration of different HR Tech platforms
- Prepare, communicate and educate Mates on policies and practices within the organization
- Manage and resolve activities/issues related to labor relations, compliance and integrity
- Design and implement an effective reward and recognition program
- Coach and guide the Shared Services/ HR Operations team on time to time to build effective shared services model
HRBP - Resource Centre
- Responsible to manage end to end employee related processes in the Resource Centre ( Corporate Office)
- Drive Performance Management Process - Including PDP and PIP
- Support in driving capability building in Resource Centre
