A large Bangalore based online retail organisation seek a HRBP for their Bangalore set up.
About The department - Retail is a department that contributes to about 80% of business revenue and is led by key leaders in the organization
- Has employees from Fashion, Tier-1 MBA and Operations background
- Is a critical department with teams like Category management, Revenue management, Planning, Operations, Creative working together to achieve organization goals
External Job Overview & Responsibilities :
- Acts as a single point of the contact for the key stakeholders in the business
- Manage end to end employee cycle for employees in the department
- Actively work with business leaders to identify and align on the right structure and sizing for their team and identify the positions to be hired for.
- Work with key business leaders identify gaps and HR focus areas and create customized solutions basis the need for specific functions within the department
- Act as the performance improvement driver and provoke positive changes in the people management
- Manage key HR projects for the department around L&D, Talent Management and Recognition
- Design mechanisms and process to get a pulse of employees and overall department and proactively identify actions basis the pulse
- Analyze key trends and metrics relevant for role and for the department
- Work with COEs to drive key org. level projects in terms of thinking and implementation
Requirements :
(Including preferred experience, skills and competencies)
- Preferred Tier-1 MBA in HR
- 2-4 years of relevant experience post MBA
- Knowledge of HR concepts, processes
