- Consult with line management and provide daily HR guidance
- Work closely with senior managers to develop a HR agenda that supports overall organization goals provide strategic input and solutions to ultimately create a nurturing work environment, in alignment with business needs
- Partner with the business to inform talent planning & acquisition activities
- Coach the business in the execution of performance management processes and implement associated reward strategies
- Maintain an understanding of all on-going HR management and development frameworks, processes and tools to support line managers in executing its activities such as employees' merit increase, promotions, and performance evaluation criteria development
- Report all issues/variances with planned work to ensure any activities outside normal procedures are communicated in a timely and accurate manner interpret business metrics and suggest effective and creative ways to develop the organization
- Set objectives for the HR team and track progress
- Monitor internal HR systems and databases
- Create detailed reports on HR costs
- Lead/ Support central HR initiatives/ projects
- Investigate discrepancies or frauds reported. Take quick action in non-routine situations
- Formulate partnerships across the HR function to deliver value- added service to management and employees that reflect the business objectives of the organization
- Provide guidance and input on business unit restructuring, workforce planning and succession planning and talent acquisitio
