Manpower Planning with the Business Heads.
Making HR & Incentives Startegy:
- Business strategy & Planning with Chief Business Officer on monthly basis.
- Manage employee life cycle.
- Develop, initiate and maintain effective programs for workforce retention, promotion and succession planning.
- Manage the maintenance and execution of the performance management system, including current job description, standards of performance and performance evaluation instruments
- Identify training needs and coordinate delivery for many type of training for all the verticals. Conducting Induction programs for all new joinee's.
- Creating talent pool with in internal employee, develop their Skill and competency level to move them at next level.
- PMS - Managing the appraisal process across the levels, KPI roll-out; Bell curve adherence;
- Grievances Handling: Handling cases on non-performance; Handling Workplace harassment, misbehaviour, fraud & process related misconducts based upon legal / compliance framework.
- Organize & manage overall employee engagement activities by driving i.e Cultural events, Rewards & recognition, contests, sports, team lunch, Birthday celebration etc for employee motivation.
