Designation - AVP/DVP HR Business Partner

Location - Bangalore

Experience : 5 Yrs +

CTC - upto 12 Lacs

Qualification - MBA

Industry - Preferential only BFSI or NBFC

Job Responsibilities:

- 50%-60% leaning on Talent Acquisition ( which involves managing and directing HRBPs involved in Pan India front line hiring, mid to senior level positions and managing a central team involved in Corporate / Leadership hiring).

- Managing the entire employee life cycle from onboarding & Induction upto Exit, with employee engagement & employee communications included.

- Need more of a generalist profile with PAN India respectively (Karnataka, Tamilnadu & Kerala)

- Hiring exp for branches involved in HL / PL / SME LAP.
