Job description:

Designation: HR Manager

Experience: 4-10 years

Location: Navi Mumbai

Qualification: MBA(HR)- Full time

Roles & Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition:

- Closely work with the business stakeholders to understand the manpower needs and ensure closures within the stipulated timelines and budget.

- Create talent pipeline by using internal channels like employee referrals, company career website and external channels like professional networking platforms of LinkedIn, Naukri.com etc to fulfil the hiring needs.

- Onboarding and working with external staffing vendors to fulfil critical and niche roles as per business needs.

- Managing the interview process and post-selection activities which includes salary negotiation and issuance of offer letter.

- Maintaining recruitment dashboard for management review.

Onboarding & Induction:

- Ensure all pre-joining formalities/documentation is completed on the HRIS portal.

- Carry out the HR Induction for new employees on Day1 and business induction within the first week of joining thereby allowing them to accustom with the company business and culture.

Employee Engagement

- Drive annual Employee Engagement Survey to seek employee feedback on various engagement drivers and understand the pulse of the organisation.

- Drive other engagement initiatives by carrying out monthly fun events, festive celebrations, quarterly townhalls and leadership connect sessions.

- Performance Management System (PMS)

- Designing the project plan to ensure annual performance management cycle is completed within the stipulated timelines.

- Ensuring self-appraisal and manager evaluation/feedback process is complete as per project plan thereby gathering necessary inputs from managers including KRA forms and appraisal ratings.

- Preparation of appraisal letter templates and release of letters on HRIS portal.

- Ensuring revised salaries and other details are updated in the systems (SAP & HRIS Portal)

Learning & Development:

- Collaborating with the managers and business heads to identify functional and behavioural training needs of the employees and maintaining the training calendar.

- Collaborating with internal trainers within Mahindra Group for conducting SME Webinars and in-house behavioural trainings.

HR Operations:

- Hands on experience of working on SAP (HR) module including hiring of new employees, creation of personal records, payroll management, existing employee data management and exit formalities.

- Monthly MIS preparation pertaining to employee personal data and cost.

Statutory Compliance:

- Ensure all company statutory requirements pertaining to Provident Fund, Profession Tax, TDS etc are met on monthly basis by co-ordinating with the PF Consultant and internal team.

Exit Formalities:

- Conduct exit interview and ensure smooth offboarding experience for exiting employee.

- Updating exiting employee details in SAP, prepare Full and Final Settlements and issuing relieving letters thereby ensuring smooth employee exit.

- Computer and Software Proficiency

- Good Proficiency using MS Office (Excel / Word / Powerpoint)

- SAP HR Module (Personnel Administration, Recruitment, Payroll & Exit Management)

- Experience using HRIS tool Success Factors.
