EDUCATION/KNOWLEDGE :
- Master's Degree in Industrial Psychology, Human Resource Management and or Social Welfare
CRITICAL EXPERIENCE :
- 8 - 10 years of experience working in medium or large manufacturing/engineering companies with at least 2 years working with leadership level in consultative and partnering basis
- Advising managers on range of people matters such as discipline, grievance, recruitment, performance and development.
- Working with middle management and senior management.
- Working in standalone role.
- Implementing new initiatives
- Experience of using HR software /Database

- Good Facilitation and Presentation skills
- Ability to provide solution and problem solving
- Commercial and Financial astute
- Experience of Handling domestic enquiry
- Conducting negotiation with the union
- Confident communicator
