Manager - HRBP
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage HRBP responsibilities including onboarding of new hires, employee relations, and people metrics/reporting, partnering with business leaders on HR and business needs and special projects.
- Effectively handle the Performance Management Cycle for the responsible functions including recommending compensation corrections & promotions.
- Manage recruitment life-cycle which includes understanding and aligning with business specifications, providing timely and appropriate feedback to all involved in the interviewing process and ensuring closing of the position.
- Partner with line managers & business heads to retain and keep the high performers & critical team members engaged.
Candidate Profile :
Education: MBA in HR from a reputed Institute
Experience:
- 5-10 years' of experience in HR Business Partnering or similar roles
- Sound knowledge of a broad range of HR areas including sourcing, performance, reward, learning & development
- Ability to build strong, positive relationships and networks across the organization
