HRBP Manager | Hiring for leading Management Consulting Firm | Gurgaon/Bangalore/Mumbai
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
- Lead initiatives that support the office's multi-year people advocacy objectives, including but not limited to diversity, employee engagement, integration, retention. Conceptualize, implement and monitor progress of key people initiatives for the India consulting office (below is an indicative list (not exhaustive) of people programs, the individual's role would entail managing all people related initiatives:
- Structure a cadence for individual - HRBP connect sessions and track the progress
- Reporting back a pull up on key insights/flags from class and suggest potential actionable
- Have a pulse of the consulting class through various touchpoints (check - in with class captains, individual connects, etc.)
- Drive connectedness at office and class level through various events
- Employee Retention
- Own and execute initiative pertaining to retention and career conversations
- Monthly analysis of exit conversations and attrition data
- Suggest key interventions to strengthen retention
