Job Title: HR Manager - Business Partnering
Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
Location: Bangalore - Occasional travel to Ludhiana (Plant)
Business Partnering:
- Act as a strategic partner to leadership across manufacturing, sales, and corporate functions.
- Align HR strategies with business objectives, ensuring that HR initiatives contribute to the overall success of the organization.
Talent Management:
- Oversee recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes to ensure the right talent is brought into the organization.
- Develop and implement talent management strategies that drive employee engagement, development, and retention.
Organizational Development:
- Lead initiatives that foster a positive organizational culture, promoting continuous improvement and innovation.
- Design and implement programs that support the development of a high-performance culture within LFA.
HR Operations:
- Manage HR operations, including employee relations, compensation and benefits, and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Ensure that HR processes are efficient, scalable, and aligned with the organization's strategic goals.
Leadership Development:
- Identify and develop future leaders within the organization through targeted development programs and succession planning.
- Provide coaching and support to managers and leaders, helping them to effectively lead their teams.
Employee Engagement:
- Drive initiatives that enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and productivity.
- Regularly assess employee needs and develop strategies to address them, fostering a supportive and inclusive work environment.
Key Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an HR leadership role, with a strong track record in business partnering across various functions.
- Deep understanding of HR practices within manufacturing, sales, and corporate environments.
- Strong generalist background with expertise in talent management, organizational development, and HR operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Passion for building and growing an institution, with a commitment to driving organizational success.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in human resources management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in HR management or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
- Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to analyze issues and implement effective solutions.
- Proficiency in HRIS and other HR software applications
