Position - HR Business Partner, Manager
Job Location - Noida, India
Shift Timing - 17:30pm IST to 2:30 am IST / 18:30pm IST to 3:30am IST
Time Zone of operation - Eastern Standard Time Zone
Job Description:
To provide day-to-day administrative and office support in the various Human Resources functions; to ensure that the company employs the right balance of staff To assist and drive the functional objectives in line with the organizational values and strategies
Responsibilities :
- Responsible for caring out the functional (Human Resource) practices in accordance with organizational policies
- Provide framework for the design of Employee Engagement and execute the plan
Develop administrative policies and procedures, which shall include, but not limited to:
- A system to monitor attendance, leave records, time records of staff and ensures that office discipline is maintained
- Define the process of service agreement and the contract letters
- A process for updating employees' personnel and employee files
- Advocate and promote a healthy, creative and safe work environment
- Develop the organizational structure and other directives and documents
- A process for carrying out onboarding of staff
- Develop HR policies and procedure, which shall include, but not limited to:
- A human resource strategy
- Development of program's recruitment standards
- Development of job descriptions/specifications for all the categories of the personnel at all levels
- Development of the program compensations system
- Employee evaluation and feedback form
- Formals for HR monthly and quarterly reports
- A system for HR planning and recruitment of new positions
- A system that ensures close cooperation and regular communication within the program
- A capacity building plan for the program's staff and establish a monitoring system to ensure the completion of capacity building activities according to the work plan
- Promote equality and diversity as part of the culture of the company
- Manage the employee communication along with the team
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR Systems and practices
- Ensure appropriate security and maintain confidentiality for all HR related information
- Audit the HR files and documents
