Manager HRBP - IT / ITES

As a Manager HRBP you will partner with senior leadership to develop and implement effective HR policies and practices that will support the strategic growth of a business.

1) Play an essential role in establishing and driving HR programs/talent initiatives forward within specific company functions, while always ensuring they align with the company's business objectives.

2) Provide timely information and/or education for all levels of a company on HR issues.

3) Participate in the continual development of HR programs, such as recruiting, retention, compensation, benefits, and Learning & Development

4) Manage compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and aligned with the organization's objectives.

5) Foster a positive workplace culture that promotes employee engagement and satisfaction.

6) Provide subject matter expertise to leadership team on building organizational capability through strategic planning and support for manpower planning, structure fulfillment, talent retention, performance management and culture building with the resources of HR COE

HR Business Partner Requirements:

1) Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration

2) Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations
