As the person responsible for end to end HR, your focus would be to :
- Define & sustain a culture that makes us the employer-of-choice
- Design & develop cutting edge practices across core HR Areas of Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Talent Engagement, Talent Development & Talent Retention
- Define and implement policies and processes for the entire life cycle of an employee - recruitment, onboarding, compensation and benefits administration, leave management, promotions, appraisals, discipline, statutory compliances, separation etc.
- Ideal candidate should be conceptually strong, have a passion for excellence, should enjoy interacting with people, and should be able to manage top talent.
- High level of ownership, integrity and ability to command lot of trust and respect from all levels is a must to excel in this role.
- The candidate must be from a premier institute (IIM, XLRI, TISS, Symbiosis, MDI, GIM)
