- Rolling out appraisal related communications for Mumbai location with timelines and guidance documents
- Conducting trainings for employees on the appraisal systems and guiding them on the various stages of the process
- Working with the Business teams and ensuring closures of the appraisal process
- Managing Connect - An engagement program with new joiners.
- Communication of - Employee Satisfaction Survey- results to the employees and formulating action-plans
- Driving the R&R programme, monitoring engagement levels and encouraging participation
- Preparing the monthly dashboard for TRS Line of Service and sharing the same with the TRS leader
- Responsible for making staff cost analysis on quarterly basis
