Candidate Specification:
- Minimum of 8+ years- experience in HR, with a minimum of 5 years serving as an HRBP
- Excellent written, verbal communication, interpersonal skills
- Good stakeholder management and engagement skills
- Experience in creating and driving effective development, employee engagement, retention and reward programs
- Proven ability to successfully work as a team member and to build and maintain a positive work environment across the network
- Competency in understanding, interpreting, and communicating procedures, policies, information, ideas and instructions
- Exposure to talent analytics - ability to create reports and analyze org and people metrics
Job Description:
- Work closely with Division / Department heads to understand their work and needs of the Division / Department
- Coach stakeholders on HR policies and processes, including talent planning, learning and development, and performance management to promote engagement and a culture of continuous growth and development
- Collaborate with Global HR teams to execute HR strategies to enable business objectives and support business growth
- Overall responsibility for end to end HR support to employees during entire lifecycle of employees
- Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure effective on-boarding of new hires
- Responsible for onboarding operations, data and record keeping and new hire orientation and integration
- Assess talent capabilities and development needs and participate in the development, delivery and monitoring of interventions to address these needs
- Create and support employee engagement and cultural initiatives
- Overall responsibility for ensuring day to day HR support, handling employee queries, policy & process inputs, implementing best practices and managing separations, etc.
