Role
- Designs and implement leadership programs for high potential employees
- Discuss career opportunities with high potentials on the regular basis
- Designs the mentoring and coaching methodology
- Obtains the regular feedback from program participants, mentors and coaches
- Maintain Career Development database
- Stakeholder management
- Team management (4-5 people)
Experience -
- 8+ years of experience in performance management, employee engagement & HR
- Bachelors / Post Graduation
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
