Our client is an international education MNC with operations in more than 31 countries.
Job Description:
- Co-lead the people journey through HR Business Function
- Work with senior business stakeholders to strategize and implement the HR agenda
- Liaise with the business leadership to design and deliver strong HR strategies globally
- Validate the accuracy of the information for onboarding, offboarding, promotions, and transfer of employees
- Build relationships and liaise with the business and the CoEs to deliver on projects
- Expect the role to expand and evolve steadily giving ample opportunity for growth and responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for phone, emails, and mail communications with employees, management, and 3rd party vendors
Ideal candidate:
- A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in HRBP function is a must
- Some experience in Learning & Development will be an advantage
- Notice period: Immediately available or less than 2 months
- Education: MBA from Tier 2/3 B-Schools preferred
- Strong business acumen with excellent communication skills
- Excellent communication skills is a must
- Strong stakeholder management skills, ability to work on multiple projects
