Job Responsibilities:
- Develop deep understanding of the assigned business Organization and of its challenges to help address the same through creation of business specific people agenda and deliver on the same.
- Work directly with the senior business leader and his direct team to conceptualize and develop solutions, interventions that effectively supports the organizational goals.
- Drive governance on critical human resource metrics such as retention, engagement & cost and also devise systematic improvement plan.
- Coach and lend counsel to business leaders on building / strengthening people leadership capabilities.
- Take ownership of driving various HR policies, processes, projects & initiatives and also ensure smooth implementation across the assigned business organization.
- Work in collaboration with the Learning & Development team to identify development needs for business Organization and deliver accordingly. Closely monitor training effectiveness and results.
- Work with line managers and employees to address all types of employee relations issues, fairly representing all interests.
- Gather employees' pulse through employee connect such as regular one-on-one and skip level meetings.
- Actively collaborate with HR peers for exchanging views / feedback / inputs for betterment of the HR enablement across the Organization.

- Attainment of business deliverables / goals
- Revenue per employee / Cost per employee
- Employee Engagement Index - within the assigned business
- Employee Attrition - within the assigned business
- Internal talent mobility - within the assigned business
- Feedback mechanism and subsequent planning and effectiveness of improvement actions
- Effective and timely delivery of HR processes / programs / interventions within the respective business
