1. Leading end to end Talent Acquisition and On boarding of new hires, manage efficiency of recruitment process, Drive Manpower Planning
2. Drive the learning & development agenda to meet business needs
3. Partner with business leaders and employees and proactively initiate Strategic HR interventions
4. Managing and Motivating Top Talent / Key employees
5. Lead Employee Engagement vertical, positive employee experience and address employee grievances.
6. Other key HR Initiatives, to support the business
7. Foster a high performance culture, drive company values
