Job Title: HR Digitization Projects Business Partner (IT Team)
Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic individual to serve as a Business Partner within our HR team, focusing on digitization projects while being integrated into our IT department.
This role requires a unique blend of HR domain expertise and technical proficiency to effectively drive forward our HR digitization initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Partner for HR Digitization Projects:
- Collaborate closely with HR stakeholders to understand digitization needs and translate them into IT solutions.
- Act as a bridge between HR and IT teams, ensuring alignment of goals and timely project execution.
- Provide expertise in leveraging technology to streamline HR processes and enhance operational efficiencies.
Support as an IT Personnel on HR Digitization Projects:
- Execute technical aspects of HR digitization projects, including system configurations, data integrations, and troubleshooting.
- Utilize tools such as Microsoft Power BI, SharePoint, and Excel to develop reporting solutions and data analytics frameworks for HR.
Technical Proficiency:
- Demonstrate advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including proficiency in shortcuts and macros, to automate processes and improve data analysis capabilities.
- Familiarity with other IT tools and systems relevant to HR operations and project management.
Project Management:
- Apply project management concepts to plan, execute, and monitor HR digitization initiatives.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining high quality standards.
Automation and Algorithm Understanding:
- Drive automation efforts within HR processes, leveraging algorithms and advanced analytics where applicable to enhance decision-making and efficiency.
Process Flow Understanding:
- Develop a deep understanding of HR processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and optimization through digitization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration.
- Proven experience (3-7) in a similar role involving HR digitization projects and IT integration.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Power BI, SharePoint, and Excel (including macros and advanced formulas).
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
- Ability to understand algorithms and apply automation principles in business contexts.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across different teams and stakeholders.
Additional Skills (Preferred):
- Certification in Project Management (e. , PMP, PRINCE2).
- Experience with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) implementations.
- Knowledge of data visualization tools and techniques.
