As a senior-level individual contributor, you will negotiate complex and ambiguous challenges, PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provides strategic leadership within one's functional area; identify and develop successors.
- Participates with other senior managers to establish corporate strategic plans and objectives; makes final decisions on administrative or operational matters and ensures the operations effective achievement of objectives.
- To coach, mentor and feedback to the departmental senior management team and line managers and to improve individual and organizational performance.
- Represents the HR organization as the principal customer contact and often performs project leadership role
- Responsible for a variety of human resources programs and policies, often encompassing several areas of human resources, including organizational development, operations, recruiting, compensation, benefits, or training.
- Typically takes the lead in developing complex company policies which not only affect immediate operations, but other functional areas, and potentially affect company-wide operations
- Develops resolutions to complex problems that require the frequent use of creativity. Uses judgment within broadly defined policies and practices.
- Frequently contributes to the development of new theories and methods. Employs expertise as a generalist or specialist.
- Lead cross function projects within and outside of HR.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- An Full-Time MBA, specializing in Human Resources from a well known institute
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience as an HRBP, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in Client facing HR.
- At least 3 years of experience has been in IT Industry
- The ideal candidate demonstrates critical thinking, judgment, coaching and influencing skills that converge to create executive presence.
- You communicate effectively in all mediums, especially in stressful situations, and demonstrate a desire to play a critical and integral role in the client organization.
- Able to negotiate, influence and resolve controversial, high-impact human resources issues; may lead human resources strategy discussions and generate plans for implementation in accordance with company’s objectives; pursue and implement new business opportunities.
- Ability to work in a matrix environment
