HRBP for the APS vertical and manages the employee life cycle, from pre hiring to post separation stage. Manage Employee connects, investigate cases of ethics / discipline / POSH.
Key responsibilities:
1. HRBP - APS will execute and manages core talent management processes of onboarding, development, and assessment; performance management; competency and skill management; employee engagement retention, training & development, leadership development; in alignment with HR strategies / policies and processes.
2. Designing and implementing various employee related policies and process
3. Responsible for maintaining data for department specific policies like - Benevolent scheme, AOD, ML cases etc.
4. Managing/ conducting enquiry, filing reports, issuing letters, and maintaining data pertaining to - Disciplinary cases, complaints etc., Facilitating for handling of POSH cases
5. Coordinate all R & R activities.
6. Facilitating Insurance claims of employees, AOD cases and any such special cases
7. Ensure all types of Organizational communication to employee is accurate, up-to-date and exercises due control for easy data generation, storage, and retrieval.
8. Coordinate and release Internal Job Postings, Career Progression of Employees
9. Partners with HR service Providers / suppliers and outsourced vendors and make sure that the quality, accuracy, and timeliness of services received is as expected and is up to the mark.
10. Execute payroll and benefit preparation according to internal processes. Ensure accurate data (monthly variable allowances, overtime, recovery, LWP, time and attendance) is sent to payroll team as per the timelines given
11. Preparation of various reports and presentations as may be required
12. Maintain data analytics, Headcount, cost budget, attrition etc.
13. Organizing events for employee engagement, visiting airports as part of Employee Interaction process, collecting feedback from employees, coordinating, and giving responses to queries raised.
14. Assisting Business teams in Training and Developmental activities/ sessions
15. Supporting Compensation and Benefits team for Salary Benchmarking, Employee Engagement Surveys, and other initiatives
