HR Business Partner Senior Manager.
Key Accountabilities :
- HRBP Sales.
- Sales HR.
- Recruitments.
- Onboarding and offboarding.
- Employee Engagements.
- MIS.
- Performance Management.
- Assist AGM - HR during the Annual Appraisal Process.
- Work with HODs to create KRAs for New Joiners, and all employees for next financial year post conclusion of Appraisals
- Any other HR-related roles and responsibilities.
Eligibility criteria :
- Postgraduate / Diploma in Management with Specialization in Human Resources
- Relevant work experience of 4 - 6years plus as a HRBP / Sales HR
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships / Stakeholders.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Knowledge of HR systems would be an advantage
