About our Client - Our client is a renowned multinational organization in the consumer durables sector. With an innovative marketing strategy and employee friendly environment, they are currently looking for an HR Business Partner in the Corporate office.
Job Description - Reporting to the Head HR you will be responsible for Designing talent Acquisition strategies and ensure high quality hiring in collaboration with the corporate team
- Designing and developing talent management and succession management strategy to build the right leadership capabilities across levels.
- Support top management on the optimal organization structure in line with the organization strategy. Ensure distinct role clarity.
- Drive value based performance driven culture and build a robust culture of performance distribution.
- Develop and deploy initiatives to drive employee engagement, employee motivation, and people productivity by building the brand image and becoming the employer of choice.
The Successful Candidate - Ideally, you come with 8 to 12 years of post-graduation experience in an HR Business Partner role. You should be a robust and versatile HR professional with good interpersonal skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills along with the ability to influence senior stakeholders is desirable. A full time MBA from a top tier MBA institute is a must.
