Strategic HR Planning :
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organization's overall business objectives.
-Identify and address HR needs, including talent acquisition, retention, performance management, and employee development.
Talent Acquisition and Management :
- Oversee the recruitment and selection process to attract and retain high-quality talent.
- Develop and implement effective onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
- Establish performance management systems, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and career development plans.
- Implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work culture.
HR Policies and Compliance :
- Develop and update HR policies and procedures in compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Ensure adherence to legal requirements, including labor laws, equal employment opportunity, and diversity and inclusion practices.
- Monitor and maintain employee records and HR information systems to ensure accuracy and confidentiality.
Employee Relations and Conflict Resolution :
- Promote positive employee relations and resolve conflicts or disputes.
- Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related concerns.
- Conduct investigations into employee complaints and take appropriate corrective actions.
Training and Development :
- Identify training needs and develop employee development programs.
- Coordinate and facilitate training sessions on various topics, such as leadership development, diversity and inclusion, and compliance training.
Compensation and Benefits :
- Oversee the administration of employee compensation and benefits programs.
- Conduct market research and analysis to ensure competitive salary and benefits packages.
- Review and update job descriptions, salary structures, and incentive programs.
