We have the following exciting opening with our client : A Financial consulting Firm,Gurgaon
Position : HRBP (HR Manager)
Location : Gurgaon
Candidates with HR Generalist experience will considered.
Experience: 8-12 years from Industry (preferably MNC) Consulting with generalist experience in Business HR & Employee Engagement
Qualification: Post Graduate in HR from a Tier 1 or 2 Business School
Role & Requirement:
- The candidate would be responsible for all BU metrics & overseeing responsibility of overall core HR for Advisory function
- Should be fundamentally strong in all functions & concepts of HR
- Will be responsible to manage the complete employee life cycle for the Gurgaon Region
- Work back with Mkt Segment/BU leads and support HR Head on strategic planning, talent management, employee engagement & other key HR initiatives
- Participate in or lead special projects in an effort to strategically develop, implement and administer HR impact for Advisory practice
- The location HR team of 3 would report into the incumbent
Attributes required : Dynamic, result-oriented person who brings strong understanding of HR processes. A self motivated, confident, & high on energy individual with strong analytical skills & excellent written and verbal communication.
