About our Client: Our client is a global leader in eye care operating in multiple geographies. Offering a broad spectrum of eye care products they have three business lines in India and an employee workforce of around 800 people. They are looking for a seasoned HR professional with experience as business partner to manage the business lines.

Job Description: Job Description Reporting into the HR Head you will be responsible for:

- Execute HR strategies, which support Business goals.

- Ensure the right Organization Design for the business by way of Diagnostics, Competency Mapping, Clearly defining Roles, establishing right Structure with reporting and span of control defined

- Support the execution of a comprehensive talent management strategy, for the business which covers TM Process Implementation and flawless execution, Talent Mapping (Internal and External), Career discussions and Development planning with Line Manager, Strategic Recruitment,Workforce planning,Talent road map, Succession management

- Support Business Leaders on the Performance Management program and annual compensation cycle, to ensure decisions are consistent with talent strategies.

The Successful Candidate: As a successful candidate:

- You should have 7-10 years of experience as HR Business Partner with focus on Talent Management and Organizational Development.

- Tier 1 MBA candidates would be given high preference.

- Candidates with background in Pharma/FMCG would be preferred.
