Roles and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for reporting and analytics solutions that help to give insight to the people side of the business
- Designing and developing databases, interactive reports, and dashboards as requested with the help of advanced Excel and PowerBI (similar tools)
- Measuring and analyzing workforce data - talent management, acquisition, and other functions of HR
- Create interactive models related to workforce planning with costing models as well as regarding talent management
- Collecting, transforming, and analyzing people data and metrics to identify important insights and trends, relationships, correlations from multiple digital sources like LinkedIn, Job Boards
- Using statistics, data mining and predictive modeling to generate predictive trends in HR
- Responding to routine ad hoc report requests, ensuring appropriate handling of confidential data, and following necessary approval protocols for access to data.
- Supporting the team in important projects as and when needed.
- Proficient in creating a graphical representation of data through various charts and graphs
