Key Responsibilties :
1. Manage employee relations and people lifecycle management including work force planning, staffing, learning / training and development, managing, rewards and performance, grievance handling etc.
2. Generate insight & create action plan through regular dashboards and HR health reviews with Business Unit heads
3. Resposnible for ramping up the Technology organisation by hiring the best in class talent
4. Partner with COE teams to drive HR intervention & processes aligned to Business & HR strategy
5. Employee Engagement action planning with all functions of the Business Units to drive engagement
6. Develop on-ground awareness of roles, goals and individuals in each of the function of the BUs by on-going, regular employee and manager touch points
Ideal :
- Experience In hiring Product and Technology Role; expereicne in the Digital Sector.
- Managing multiple stakeholders and priorities; Quick ramp up and learning agility required.
- Post grad specialising in HR (Premier B school preferred)
