Manager - HRBP (Contact Center / Call Center) - Bangalore
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic HR Planning: Collaborate with contact center leadership to align HR strategies with business goals and create an HR roadmap that supports long-term success.
- Talent Acquisition: Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates for various contact center roles, ensuring a skilled and motivated workforce.
- Onboarding and Training: Develop onboarding programs and training initiatives to equip new hires with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
- Performance Management: Implement performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and coaching, to improve individual and team performance.
- Employee Engagement: Promote a positive work culture and employee engagement through initiatives such as recognition programs, team-building activities, and feedback mechanisms.
- Employee Relations: Address employee concerns, grievances, and conflicts in a fair and timely manner, maintaining a harmonious work environment.
- Compliance: Ensure that HR practices, policies, and procedures comply with labor laws and regulations, and maintain accurate records of employee data.
- Benefits and Compensation: Administer compensation and benefits programs, including salary reviews, bonuses, and incentives.
