We have been mandated by a Fortune 500 global conglomerate for the below-mentioned position based out of Pune.
Position Title : Manager - HR Business Partner
Reporting to : Head - HR
Location : Pune
Qualification: MBA/PGDM - HR
Experience : 7-10 years
Key Responsibilities :
- Planning human resource requirements in consultation with heads of different functional & operational areas.
- Consults with line management, providing HR guidance when appropriate.
- Formulating, implementing & articulating the HR framework and initiatives aligned with long-term business goals
- Developing & implementing procedures including employee's benefits polices, performance reviews, new hire orientation, training programs, compensation & benefits planning and talent assessments
- Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs and policies.
- Ensure the maximum use of HR Tools developed for end to end HR Solutions of employees.
- Executing performance management system in line with organizational goals & objectives.
- Assessing individual development plan & annual training program.
- Identifying training needs across levels through mapping of skills required for particular positions and analysis of the existing level of competencies
- Participates in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success. Follows up to ensure training objectives are met.
- Generating MIS reports on HR metrics like head count & organization chart for supporting business stakeholders in decision-making
