A very reputed Business House is looking for Manager - HR/ HR Business Partner. This is a PAN India role. The company has 30,000+ employees.
Job Purpose Statement:
- Pro-actively understanding and supporting the requirements of the business as an HR business partner and controlling the HR operation processes.
- Designing, Implementing, Controlling and Monitoring Compensation Policy
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Transfer
- DMS Project (Document Management Software)
- Payroll
- Attendance
- Org Structure
- User Training
SAP
- New module implementation & existing module enhancement. Ensuring existing SAP module enhancement.
MIS:
- Creating various trackers & MIS. Overseeing all monthly MIS are sent to the senior management on time.
Audit:
- Setting an audit mechanism to ensure that all data is audited as per timelines to maintain its accuracy.
- Developing Process heads/HR associates to take on new roles & responsibilities.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Responsible for the delivery of Compensation-related processes monthly, including processing of Incentives Mthly/ Qtly / or any special incentive, Leave Encashment, statutory bonus cycles are run smoothly, ensure all compensation activities are undertaken correctly accurately and as per timelines.
MUST HAVE
- SAP/SuccessFactors exp is mandatory.
- Needs to have exp in processes like - confirmation, transfers, exit, payroll & compensation, HR policies, Statutory compliance, Org structure.
