Job Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing expert guidance on HR-related matters and aligning HR initiatives with business objectives. - Lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of HR programs and policies to support employee engagement, retention, and talent development. - Partner with cross-functional teams to drive organizational change initiatives and foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. - Provide coaching and support to managers on performance management, talent acquisition, employee relations, and other HR-related issues. - Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and develop data-driven solutions to enhance organizational effectiveness. - Lead and/or contribute to HR projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing employee experience, diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization. - Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in HR, bringing innovative ideas and strategies to the organization.
Job Requirement:
- Master's degree in Human Resources
- 4-8 years of progressive HR experience with a focus on HR business partnering and organizational development.
- Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing HR programs and initiatives to drive business results and enhance employee engagement.
- Strong understanding of Indian labour laws and regulations
- Proven ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization and influence decision-making.
- Excellent communication, coaching and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate HR concepts to diverse audiences.
- Highly analytical with the ability to leverage HR metrics and data to drive insights and decision-making.
- Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is preferred.
