- Responsible to do the hiring for all recruitment.
- Responsible for all HR Activities / managing the employee Life Cycle for the Business Unit HR, which includes and not limited to Employee Engagement, Performance Management, L&D, Employee Relations, effective stakeholder management etc
- Incumbent should be able to design, plan, execute the employee engagement agenda.
- End to end working on the entire employee life-cycle including the following
- Employee Onboarding Process
- Payroll Process, Leave & attendance
- Statutory Compliances
- Separations and Settlements
- Transfers + Promotions
- Bonafide Certificate issuance
- Other HR Operations activities and projects (time to time)
