Job Opening for Manager HR Business Partner
We have an urgent job opening with one of our clients which is one of the Big 4's for the position of Manager - Business Partner HR to be based out in Bangalore.
The incumbent will be responsible for the talent engagement agenda for a particular business unit/s and will be a key point of contact for service lines and business managers on strategic talent engagement related matters. The incumbent will be responsible for people-related activities and initiatives across business unit/s. He / She will support the business unit and will be responsible for driving & implementing the engagement agenda. He/she will be responsible for leading a team and delivering exceptional client service within the unit & the larger people team.
Job Description:
- Complete responsibility for the talent engagement function within a business unit, working closely with business stakeholders and people team functions to manage the people agenda.
- Complete responsibility for supporting, driving and delivering a sustainable and scalable engagement framework for the business unit.
- Responsible for managing a team delivering the engagement agenda
- Responsible for supporting the People strategy to yield business results through solutions, actions, and efforts.
- Ensuring that the people-perspective is represented in business decisions and teams are effectively managed.
- Building an ongoing relationship with business leaders and participate as required with management teams in supporting strategy, evaluating future business plans and determining people needs and priorities.
- Acting as a Project Manager, leading the implementation of engagement initiatives at business unit & organization-wide level
- Responsible for driving consistency and standardizing operations within the scope of the role across various processes
- Actively sourcing and sharing external best practices and knowledge of HR & business with HR colleagues and peers
- Partners with key stakeholders to drive organizational culture
