Job Opening for Manager - HRBP (HR Business Partner) - Big 4 - Gurgaon
We have job requirement for one of our client i.e Big4 for the position of Manager HRBP Primary Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Drive the Business HR activities for the business units (new initiatives, policies & strategies)
- Ensure employee Engagement, Employee Satisfaction & Retention for the Business Units
- Ensure resolution to employee's issues / grievances within SLAs
- Track Early Warning Indicators & conduct retention / counseling meetings
- Career Planning & People Development
- Synchronization and coordination with other departments mainly service delivery
- Attrition analysis & exit out calling to understand trends and make recommendations
- Plan & organize BU wide activities like Town Hall, fun activities etc
- Responsible for reward & recognition program administered in business units Organize welfare & cultural activities.
- Responsible for day to day general HR activities
- HR Metrics & Reporting
Experience: 9 - 12 years
