Manager - HR Business Partner - BFSI/Shared Services/Insurance

We are hiring for a HR generalist/ HR BP for a leading Financial Shared services Organization based at Bangalore/ Pune.

Position : HR BP

Experience : 6-8 yrs from BFSI /Shared Services/ Insurance with good HR BP / HR Generalist with Full time MBA

Role & Responsibilities :

- HR Lead will drive HR processes/initiatives across key stages of the employee lifecycle along with partnering with business stakeholders

- Build and maintain effective partnerships with stakeholders, with Business leaders and within HR - both global and local

- Proven ability to identify HR interventions to support business strategy and ensuring implementation to closure

- Ensure the effective delivery of the HR processes : Talent Acquisition & Management, Reward, Capability Development, People Advisory support, Employee life cycle management, Leadership Development, Change Management and Talent Management

- Build an effective communication plan / governance structure with the internal and external stakeholders
