Responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on people strategies, workforce planning, and organizational design.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and workplace culture.
- Act as a cultural ambassador, fostering alignment with company values.
- Guide and coach managers on performance appraisal processes.
- Support the implementation of performance improvement plans and career development pathways.
- Lead the employee participation in the Great Place to Work (GPTW) certification process.
- Implement strategies to address feedback from GPTW surveys and improve workplace culture.
- Collaborate with leadership team to build initiatives that align with GPTW standards and foster employee pride.
- Develop region-specific / Business specific HR solutions to address unique challenges.
- Support organizational changes, including restructuring and mergers, ensuring smooth transitions.
- Train managers and employees on change resilience and adaptability.
- Analyze HR metrics to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Present regular reports on workforce trends and HR outcomes, and hands-on on data analytics usage.
- Act as the primary point of contact for employee relations issues.
- Resolve conflicts through mediation, ensuring fairness and adherence to policies.
- Identify skill gaps and implement training programs to upskill employees.
- Promote learning initiatives and career growth opportunities within the region.
- Champion DEI initiatives, fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.
- Ensure regional compliance with global DEI standards.
Desired Candidature:
- Professional certifications like SHRM-CP, SPHR, or CIPD are an advantage.
- 12+ years of progressive HR experience, including 5 -7+ years in a business partnering role.
- Proven experience working in a BFSI / NBFC environment, with exposure to diverse cultures and employment laws.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation capabilities.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data for decision-making.
- High adaptability to dynamic business environments.
- Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in regional languages is a plus.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region as required.
